I don't take risks training in Rome: the first training course for volunteers kicks off
Until May 13 many lessons and educational activities dedicated to good practices

The training programme dedicated to the new trainers of I don't take risks, responsible for the training of communicators in the area of reference, starts today in Rome.
The volunteers, until May 13, will take part in lectures and workshops where they will learn more about the role and tasks of the trainer and the Civil Protection issues and the nature of earthquake, tsunami and flood risks.
The work will open with a presentation of the principles and core values of the campaign, and will then proceed with specific topics focusing on risk knowledge and communication tools. The aim will be to best communicate the importance of prevention to build prepared and resilient communities.
Special attention will be addressed to the culture of inclusion: participants will receive useful tips and suggestions on how to actively involve citizens with disabilities and better prepare them in case of emergency.
During the meetings, trainers will have the opportunity to discover how to become the protagonists of a national communication campaign that aims to raise awareness among the population, educating them on good civil protection practices all year round.
